Last week, Taylor Swift's album, Fearless, ruled the charts. This week, as expected, U2 came in and knocked her off the horizon with their album, No Line On the Horizon. The rest of the Billboard 200 Charts was pretty much unchanged, with the Jonas Brothers dropping out of the Top 10, Neko Case entering the charts at #3, and people going GaGa over Lady GaGa, who jumped five spots to #4. Here's a breakdown of this past week's top albums!

Singled Out - Sugar by Flo Rida

In case you missed his first single, Right Round off the album, R.o.o.t.s. (Route Of Overcoming the Struggle), here's another catchy song from Flo Rida, the undisputed king of digital downloads!

His new single is called Sugar and appears on his upcoming album, R.o.o.t.s. (Route Of Overcoming the Struggle), which drops on March 31, 2009. Here's a preview of his upcoming song.



While you may not be getting Low with Flo Rida, check out his latest single and let us know what you think. It samples a bit from Eiffel 65's I'm Blue. It also is reminiscent of another artist with a sweet tooth, Miami native Trick Daddy.

Pop Comebacks 2.0 - The Return of Michael Jackson

Pop music has been getting a major kick in the rear lately! First, Pop Princess, Britney Spears rang in the new year with a new album and launched a comeback tour, and now; Pop King, Michael Jackson has announced a comeback tour as well!

Michael Jackson announced today that he would perform a series of concerts in London this summer, in what he called a “final curtain call,” Reuters reported. Mr. Jackson, 50, revealed the details of the concerts at a news conference in London, where he said he would perform 10 shows at the O2 Arena, beginning July 8. The shows would be Mr. Jackson’s first major performances since 2001 and 2002, when he appeared at a pair of 30th anniversary celebrations and two benefit concerts.

Ringleader, Britney Kicks off Circus Tour!

New iTunes Feature - The Season Pass

 The iTunes Season Pass is a new feature from Apple iTunes that allows consumers to pay a flat price for a specific artist of their choosing and new releases, videos and other extras from the artist will be delivered to them over a designated period of time.  



Depeche Mode will be the first group to use the iTunes Pass feature, "offering two exclusive singles to fans who sign up for the $19 bundle, which includes a pre-order for the album. The new album, Sounds of the Universe, will automatically appear in fans' iTunes library when it comes out on April 21, as will a number of other new music and video titles."

Pretty cool feature! 

The new iTunes feature was created in hopes to improve full digital album sales vs. the more popular, yet less profitable digital single sales.

Other than Depeche Mode, two or three unnamed artists are planning in participating in the iTunes Pass program.
