Conquer Entertainment, proud partner of Market America, is the next paradigm shift in the music industry. Last night we had our first University Major Overview also known as UMO which is a simple step by step training on what and who Conquer Entertainment is, how we can help you grow your business right in the heart of New York City's, Time Square. We had a full house and a very special guest speaker JR Ridinger, CEO of Market America along with Dennis Franks aka Mr. Energy, Executive Vice President of Market America, Amanda Ridinger, CEO of Conquer Entertainment, April Benson, Vice President of Training for Conquer Entertainment and Jamar Brown a Conquer Entertainment artist himself. They spoke about the history of music, where it came from and how it’s evolved the past few decades and how the recording industry is failing, but yet the Music industry is evolving and thriving on the Internet with downloads and distribution.
Overall, it was an overwhelming success, as they demonstrated the Market America University Major Overview (UMO), tying together the power of music and the power of the Management performance Compensation Plan (MPCP). Conquer Entertainment also had a special performance from their very own Shiragirl who performed her song, "Sick Day," which was entirely worked on through Conquer Entertainment from song, production to even her video through our talented service providers that have worked with artist such as Jay-Z, Gwen Stefani, Swizz Beats, and Beyonce. Jamar Brown, aka "Black," also spoke on his experience as an UnLabel Owner (ULO) and a featured artist. He sang acapella to a song he wrote when he was just 16 years old entitled "Truth About History". Our very own Vice President of training also sang an acoustic version of a song called "Saying Sorry."
We were very excited to have a lot of new artist come out, producers, engineers, and managers that stayed towards the end for some Q&A with the Conquer staff. Everyone is very excited about Conquer Entertainment and all we kept hearing from the crowd was "we’ve been waiting for you to launch, and now that you have, we are excited to get this business rockin’ & rollin’!"
Our next big event will be coming up on July 17th with the Babes Burnin’ Rubber concert to fight breast cancer. We're working in conjunction with the Susan G. Komen foundation and Breastcancer.org to raise awareness. Come join us for the new pop sounds of Dennis Franks and the Honey James Band, the rap/funk music of Sunday, an alternative rock band, along with Silent Sleep, Punk Rocker Shiragirl, who is currently performing with Van’s Warped Tour, Rock Grunge band, Beyond the Element, and the Hip Hop beats of Justina, King Charlton, and JB aka "Black".
Also, celebrity go-kart racing with our very own JR Ridinger, Dennis Franks, Patrick Dempsey and others will take place! This is what Conquer Entertainment can do for you.
