Who? GrahamFest founder, Josiah Cephas Weaver 'aka' J.C.



Fun Facts:

• Josiah was born October 9, 1941 in Roanoke, VA.
  

• He is the 7th child and one of three sons!

• Josiah wrote his first song at the age of 5.

• He left home at 15 -- with everything he owned in a brown, paper bag -- to make his way in the world.

• By 19, he had already started his own business, Weaver Tile Company.
  

• Despite becoming a successful businessman, Josiah never quit music.

• When Josiah listened to JR and watched in awe of Market America at Miami World Conference, he began to write the song, "Freedom", to recognize the spirit of Market America, its founder, and its people.

Since ma World Conference in Miami, Josiah has become a close friend to the Market America family. Check out this video of Josiah performing a song written in memory of long-time Market America employee, John "Pops" Cooper.

The property houses the old, haunted mansion of former Confederate major, David Graham, and is now second home to GrahamFest founder, Josiah Cephas Weaver. Market America Executive VP, Dennis Franks and his Second Look band are set to open the event from the Market America Stage, and tradition will continue as an array of talented musicians is set to bring down the house! If you'd like to win tickets to the popular event, here's what you'll need to do to enter the contest.
